Deborah Brothers-Schuler wrote $1400 worth of bad money checks at a credit union that serves the police officers there. She wrote them four bad checks on a closed account! She was already a criminal for the following reasons: heroin possession, three counts of theft and two counts of impersonating an officer and passing bad checks (wow she loves that one--KM)!
Also police say she is a wedding crasher because she crashing a wedding and stealing cash donations meant for the bride and groom. What a guest she is. She is a crime wave!
